I ordered 4 pots and one pot was initially sent in the wrong size, but this was resolved generously and part of my order was even hand-delivered on a Saturday. The plant water meter is simple to use and really handy, especially for knowing when to water. It works well and takes the guesswork out of caring for my plants. Very happy with this purchase. X
