Our 30-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee

Your plant(s)/order will arrive in a happy, healthy condition - guaranteed. Otherwise, we will replace them for free. You just need to make contact with us and provide us with a photo within 30 days of receipt, to receive a free replacement. 

We take immense pride in the way we package our plants and products. We know from our own personal experience, that couriers do not always read packaging labels, such as "this way up."  So, even with the best labelling possible, we pack with the view, that your parcel could be tipped upside down and will still arrive happy. 

It's extremely important to us, that you are delighted when you open your order. Plants that arrive, ready to thrive, is what we stand by and expect. However, in the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with a photo of the damage within 30 days of receipt and we will either replace the item (if in stock) or offer you a full refund (if the item is no longer available). 

Please note, if you purchased a potted plant and the pot is not damaged, you will receive either a replacement plant (in nursery pot) if the plant is still in stock, or a refund of the plant only, should the plant no longer be available. Undamaged items within the same order, will not be refunded. 

It is normal for plants to experience a little shock during transport.  It can therefore take them a few days to perk back up and appear happy again.
