How does it work?
Each plant comes with care instructions that are clear and easy to understand. We also have comprehensive care guides on the website under plant care and advice.
But we understand that it can still be confusing. So, we offer you a service where you can contact us whenever you have questions, no matter what your question is, or how many weeks/months have passed since your plant purchase. You choose the method of contact that suits you best, whether that be email (contact chontelle@thelilypot.co.nz), via the online chat on our website or via one of our social pages (facebook, instagram, Tiktok).
You may like to just check if you’re on the right track or perhaps you want to send us pictures for us to guide you. We can help you with anything but here’s some common questions that we have guided many customers through:
* Where do I place my plants in my home? (We will work with you and ask you to send us photos to guide you to get this right from the beginning)
* How often should I water and should I water it now? (We will make this super easy for you to understand so it’s not just a guess and hope for the best)
* Do I need to repot my plant, can I do it this time of year and how do I prevent transplant shock? (No worries! We will provide you with clear, step by step instructions)
This is not an exhaustive list because really, no question is a silly question! We often save plants if you contact us early, as we guide you with what they need. We pride ourselves on having many repeat customers as the result of our personalised one to one service.
If you’re an experienced plant parent and don’t need the aftercare advice and support, that’s totally ok too! We are happy to leave you to it, but know that we’re here should you need us, anytime.
