Our Shipping Costs
We are constantly reviewing our shipping charges to ensure that we offer you a reasonable and competitive rate. We also purposely don't have branded boxes and recycle where we can to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders $99 and over. If your order is under $99, the following rates will apply:
Christchurch* -
Free click and collect or $6 delivery (non-rural areas)
Nationwide Shipping -
$9 (non-rural) and $16 (rural)
*There are some items on the website that are not able to be shipped outside of Christchurch due to size/weight. These will be clearly noted on the applicable products.
Our Money Back Guarantee
We take pride in ensuring each order is packaged with the upmost care and attention, ensuring a safe journey. In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with a photo of the damage and we will either replace the item (if in stock) or offer you a full refund (if the item is no longer available). We do not offer a full refund should you change your mind post purchase.
Click and Collect orders
Should you select to pick up your order, we will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable time. This is usually within a day or two of your order being received.
When to expect your shipped order
We are keen to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible and therefore take the following approach when shipping items:
Order doesn't contain plants - These orders will be picked up by our courier within 1-2 business days, after receiving your order. Delivery is usually within 3-5 days of collection and tracking details will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder should you not receive an email in your inbox.
Order contains plants - It will depend on the delivery address and day/time that an order is received, as to when an order will be picked up by our courier. We are located in Christchurch, so we minimise the risk of plants sitting at a depot over the weekend by arranging our couriers on the following days:
North Island - The courier collects orders from us on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
South Island - The courier collects orders from us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days of collection and tracking details will be emailed to you.
